Sean Kingston is singing the blues after a party pal claimed he sexually assaulted her. According to TMZ, police called to the scene reported that two inebriated women showed up to a party where Kingston was in attendance, and one of the women engaged in sexual relations with the singer.
Following the act, Kingston left the party, but the two women stayed behind, allegedly having sex with multiple other partners.
According to a manager at Seattle's Crowne Plaza Hotel, where the alleged assault occurred, an "incident" did, in fact, take place at the hotel that evening. The two women were taken to the hospital in an ambulance, although the results of rape kit and Rufinol tests have not been confirmed.

Kingston was subsequently asked in for questioning by the police, who later dropped their request, stating that the case is not credible.
Sources claim that despite the police's dismissal of Kingston, one woman is filing a civil lawsuit, and the other party involved may do the same.
